MALE CHARGED WITH THREATENING DEATH AND ASSAULT 49 year old Pietro Patrick Principe of 564 Connaught Avenue has been charged with 2 counts of assault and 2 counts of threatening death.
MALE CHARGED WITH THREATENING DEATH AND ASSAULT

49 year old Pietro Patrick Principe of 564 Connaught Avenue has been charged with 2 counts of assault and 2 counts of threatening death. It’s believed that on the 28th of November at approximately 11:45am while at his work place on Great Northern Road the accused assaulted two males known to him by punching them in the face. He then threatened to kill them if he saw them again. The accused turned himself in at The Sault Ste Marie Police Services building this morning and will be attending bail court today. Neither of the victims required medical attention.

THEFT UNDER $5000

62 year old Stella Mariasz of 101 Chapple Avenue has been charged with 1 count of theft under $5000.
It is believed that on the 30th of November at 4pm the accused attended at Rome’s Independent Grocers and placed two lipsticks in her pocket then exited the store without making any attempt to pay for the items. She was arrested by store security outside the store and held for police. She is scheduled for court on the 12 of January.

IMPAIRED DRIVER

32 year old Tina Marie Bolduc has been charged with 1 count of impaired driving and 1 count of consume over the legal limit. Just before 3am on the 30th of November officers observed a vehicle at 750 North Street in the Bawating football field doing donuts. Cruiser lights were activated and the vehicle proceed to leave before being stopped by the cruiser was placed in front of the vehicle. The driver was arrested and transported to the station. She is to appear in court on the 12th of January.

THEFT FROM MAC’S

Caitlyn Jacko and Angela Flamand both 18-years old have been charged with theft of chocolate cake, a cheeseburger and other edible items Wellington Street Mac's. It is believed that both accused attended at the Mac’s and stole the items then left without paying for them. They were located walking on Lennox Avenue.
Caitlyn Jacko of 441 Queen Street West has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime, theft under $5,000 and breach of probation.
Angela Flamand of 29 Algoma Avenue has been charged with theft under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime. She has also been charged with break and enter to the Petro-Pass on Black Road on Friday. They are both scheduled for court on the 5th of January.

MALE CHARGED WITH FAILING TO PROVIDE BREATH SAMPLE

32 year old Andrew Joseph Decourcy of 64 McCrea Avenue has been charged with 1 count of failing to provide a breath sample. On the 30th of November just after 2am the accused was traveling through a R.I.D.E check point on Bay Street and Pim Street in a GMC Truck. He was stopped and asked to provide a breath sample at which time he refused and was arrested and transported to the station. He is scheduled to attend court on the 5th of January.

FEMALE ARRESTED FOR IMPAIRED DRIVING

42 year old Barbara Ann Schmidt of 479 Bush Street has been charged with 1 count of impaired driving and 1 count of consume over the legal limit. On the 28th of November just after 8pm the accused was operating her motor vehicle on Bush Street were she struck a snow bank. Police checked her and found her to have obvious signs of impairment. She was arrested and taken to the Police Station. She is scheduled for court on the 5th of January.

MALE CHARGED WITH BREACH OF PROBATION AND POSSESSION OF A DRUG

20 year old Daniel Jean-Paul Lepage of 211 Gloucester Street has been charged with 4 count of breach of probation and 1 count of possession of a controlled drug. The accused was on Rushmere Drive when officers spotted him and stopped to check him a CPIC check revealed he was on probation and was out past his curfew. He was arrested and when searched was found to be in possession of cocaine. He will be appearing in bail court this morning.

MALE CHARGED WITH BRINGING DRUGS INTO the ARTC 900 Great Northern Road.

22 year old James Hoeberg of 54 West Street has been charged with 1 count of possession of a controlled drug. It is believed that on the 28th of November at 5:45pm the accused bring into the ARTC 4 marijuana cigarettes stitched into the pocket of his pants. When the drugs were located, Police were called and the accused was charged. He is scheduled for court on the 12th of January. The accused is not incarcerated at the ARTC.

FEMALE CAUSING A DISTURBANCE AT THE CHRISTIAN CALVARY CENTER

26 year old Louise Auger of 23 Oakland Avenue has been charged with 1 count of resist arrest, 1 count of attempt to obstruct justice and 1 count of breach of probation order. On the 28th of November City Police were called to the Christian Calvary Center in regards to a female causing a disturbance. When officers arrived they were confronted with the female who was screaming and yelling and refusing to provide her name. When officers attempted to arrest her she kicked one of them and continued to resist until arriving at the station. She will be attending bail court this morning.

FEMALE ARRESTED OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

20 year old Ronny-Ann Agawa of 196 Frontenac Street has been arrested on outstanding warrants. The accused was located on Gran Street on the 30th of November just after 1am. She is scheduled for court on the 12th of January.

IMPAIRED DRIVING

34 year old Ryan Neil Walker of 10 August Street Rankin Reserve has been charged with 1 count of impaired driving and 1 count of consume over the legal limit. On the 29th of November the accused was traveling east bound on Second Line West when he drove into the back of another vehicle. Police were called and the accused showed obvious signs of impairment. He was arrested and transported to the station. The accused was on a condition sentence order and will appear in court this morning.

BREAK AND ENTERS

- On the 28th of November someone broke into a home in the 600 block of Placid Avenue. Nothing appears taken at this time.
- On the 29th someone broke into a home in the 100 block of Edinburgh Street and stole cigarettes, NASCAR collectibles and tools.
- On the 30th in the 600 block of Portage Lane a computer gaming system was stolen and kids clothes.

MISCHIEFS

- On the 28th of November the walls at 205 McNabb Street were pray painted.
- On the 29th a vehicle on Goulais Avenue had it’s window smashed out.
