There was a heavy Sault police presence near the intersection of Albert Street East and Spring Street on Tuesday afternoon.
Five Sault police vehicles were spotted. An eyewitness told SooToday police took one man into a police vehicle after removing him from a residence in the 400 block of Albert Street East.
Police blocked traffic in the area earlier, but traffic was flowing once again by 3 p.m.
No further details are known at this time.
