Evening news A 15-year-old male was arrested early this afternoon in regards to weapons and threatening charges. It is alleged that on the 13th of September the accused was involved in an argument with his father.

A 15-year-old male was arrested early this afternoon in regards to weapons and threatening charges. It is alleged that on the 13th of September the accused was involved in an argument with his father. During the course of the argument the accused pulled out a knife and threatened to kill his father. He was on probation at the time to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He is charged with one count of assault with a weapon, one count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, one count of threatening and one count of breach of probation. He will be appearing in bail court on Monday.

Two Break and Enters

Sometime during the afternoon on September 12th, a residence on Willow Avenue was broken into. Jewellery was taken, including two Roots watches.

Sometime between 2 am and 7 am on the 13th of September a garage was entered on Manitou Drive.  Items taken include a quantity of frozen meat, several cases of beer and some cigarettes.

Morning news:

On September 12, 2013 at approximately 11:10pm officers attended a residence regarding a domestic related incident.  The accused attended at the residence of the complainant knowing he was not to be at the residence and banged on the door for approximately two hours. The complainant would not allow the accused entry and finally called police.

The accused is on two separate court releases one being a recognizance with a condition that he stays 100 meters away from the complainant.  The accused is also on probation with conditions not to communicate with the complainant, not to attend the place of residence, employment or education and also to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. 

Police located the accused a couple of house’s away from the complainant’s residence. The accused is charged with beach of a recognizance and breach of probation X 3 and will appear in bail court September 13, 2013 at 10:00am.
