Outstanding Warrant

52 year-old Yvon Ladouceur of #4-63 Mark Street was arrested on an outstanding warrant on the 15th of November at 2:40 pm on Queen Street East and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that on the 15th of October at approximately 4 pm the accused got into a dispute with a fellow tenant at his apartment complex and assaulted him by punching him several times in the face. The victim received non-life threatening injuries. The accused is to appear in court on the 19th of December.

Two Charged with Theft Under $5000

27 year-old Jason Corbiere and 24 year-old Valerie Agawa of #1-124 Andrew Street were arrested on the 15th of November at 5:20 pm at 124 Andrew Street and charged with one count each of theft under $5,000.00. It is alleged that the two accused attended at the Sears Store in the Station Mall on the 15th of November at approximately 2:59 pm and stole two winter jackets valued at $360.00. The theft was captured on store video. They are to appear in court on the 17th of December.

Fail to Appear

50 year-old Gloria Martin 295 Patrick Street was arrested on an outstanding warrant on the 15th of November at 8:44 pm at her residence and charged with one count of fail to appear court from the 6th of June 2005 in relation to probation and parole charges. She is to appear in court on the 17th of December.
