Evening news:
32 year old Dustin Middaugh of 714 Second Line West was arrested on a warrant and will be appearing in bail court on Monday. It is alleged that the accused failed to re attend court on the 19th day of August on a charge of obstructing police.
18 Year old Nathan Boissoneau of 539 Trunk Road was arrested and will be appearing in bail court on Monday. A search of his apartment resulted in police recovering 2 sets of keys for vehicles and 2 mountain bikes that had previously been reported stolen.
Morning news:
On the 14th of November just after 4 pm a citizen reported a possible impaired driver in the area of Cunningham Road. Officers attended in the area and located the vehicle and driver on Crawford Avenue. During the course of their investigation officers noted that the accused had been drinking. As a result 38-year old Justin Cristillo of 79 Crawford Avenue was arrested and charged with one count of drive over the legal limit and one count of care and control of a motor vehicle while impaired. The accused will appear in count on December 16th.

On November 14, 2013, City Police attended in the parking lot of a business located on Great Northern Road regarding an assault complaint. The investigation revealed that the victim had been driving her car and when she turned, accidentally cut off another vehicle. The driver of that vehicle allegedly assaulted the victim by striking her in the face. Sabrina Cloutier, 36 years old, of 120 Andrew St. was arrested and charged with assault. She will be appearing in court on December 16, 2013.

On November 14, 2013, City Police attended at a residence in the central part of the city in regard to a domestic disturbance. The accused, a 38 year old female, was in the residence of her partner in contravention of a probation order . The accused was arrested and charged with three breaches of probation and will be appearing in Bail Court on November 15, 2013.
