On May 22 at 4:40 p.m., patrol officers arrested and charged Tyler Taylor, age 23 of Wellington Street East, with Theft under $5,000 and Breach of Probation.

On May 22 at 4:40 p.m., patrol officers arrested and charged Tyler Taylor, age 23 of Wellington Street East, with Theft under $5,000 and Breach of Probation. It is alleged that on May 22 he shoplifted 2 bottles of alcohol from the LCBO in the Station Mall. By doing so he breached his probation order to be of good behavior. A police records check revealed that Taylor was also wanted on outstanding charges of Theft under $5,000, Breach of Probation and Breach of Undertaking. He will appear in bail court on May 23.

On May 22 at 8:10 p.m., detectives from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested and charged a 41-year-old male with Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference and Breach of Probation. The investigation revealed that the male sexually assaulted a 14-year-old youth in the fall of 2012. The male will appear in bail court on May 23.

On May 22 at 5 p.m., Morgan Periard, age 26 of Goulais Avenue, turned herself in at the Police Services Building for outstanding charges of Breach of Probation and Failing to Attend Court. She will attend court on June 16, 2014.
