Yesterday afternoon officers from the Crime Suppression Unit attended at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre and charged 49-year-old Frank Caicco of Cooper Street with an additional count of possession of stolen property. Officers from the Crime Suppression Unit had executed a search warrant at his residence on the 12th of March. Further investigation involving seized property determined that the accused had a cell phone in his possession that had been taken from a break and enter to a residence on Moss Road in February. He will appear in bail court this morning.
