On February 3 police were called to an address in the west end of the city for threatening and theft report. Information received was that a 28-year-old male that was known to the victim attended and threatened to kill her.
On February 3 police were called to an address in the west end of the city for threatening and theft report. Information received was that a 28-year-old male that was known to the victim attended and threatened to kill her. Further investigation revealed that while the male was there several items were taken from their vehicle. Charged with threatening and theft under $5000 is Aaron Goodmurphy of Goulais Ave. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 10, 2014.
 
Police arrested and charged a 56-year-old male with one count of Breach of Probation and one count of Breach of a Recognizance. It is alleged that the accused called the victim's new boyfriend and started berating the victim. The accused was on a condition from a previous domestic not to molest or harass the victim. This action violated that condition and the accused is scheduled to appear in Bail Court this morning.
