An impaired driving arrest was made after the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service received a citizen complaint early Saturday morning.
Officers attended the area of Hudson Street and located 21-year-old Colton Darlison near a vehicle described during the complaint.
He provided two breath samples following his arrest, registering two fail results.
The accused was identified by a valid G2 driver’s licence; a G1 or G2 classification means drivers must have a zero blood alcohol level when operating a vehicle.
The accused stands charged with impaired driving - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus) and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 2.
