With broken hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Jayda at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at the age of 18 years old.
Jayda was the loving daughter of Amanda Belisle and Lyndon Douglas. She was also a dear sister to Sierra Douglas, Nathaniel Whyte, Mariah Whyte and Jasmine Whyte. Jayda was the cherished granddaughter of Karen & Bill Belisle (late Tim Belisle) and the late Rosalie Smith and the late Kalvin Douglas. Great granddaughter of Mary Hanuschak, late Gordon Hanuschak, Lucien Moreau, Kaarina Belisle, Octave Belisle and Mavis Smith. Adored niece of Jason Belisle, Christine Belisle, Jessica Belisle (Julie), Yvette Dunken, late Rosanne Pinnock, Robert Pinnock and the late Farren Hallman. She will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Jayda will be especially missed by her cousin Emma Belisle.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jayda's honour can be made payable by cheque or online to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
