Today will be overcast, with scattered flurries early this morning, changing to scattered showers for the rest of the day as daytime highs reach +4°C.
Heavier rain arrives early tomorrow morning with a risk of isolated flooding. Morning temperatures near +3°C will begin to drop in the late afternoon and change rain over to snow with the gusty east winds back to the north.
Thursday will be partly cloudy, but a cool northwest wind will keep daytime highs at -2°C.
