Muammar Amhalhal says the peaceful environment in the Sault is one of his favourite things about the city.
Amhalhal has seen his share of unrest and turmoil, and appreciates how safe he feels in the place he now calls home.
Muammar won the Mayor for a Day contest with an inspiring and witty letter, giving him a ticket to the Mayor's office in City Hall.
