Ontario has announced enhanced on-road access for more types of ORVs and ATVs while increasing safety requirements. LOCAL2's Shaylan Spurway met up with MPP David Orazietti for the announcement on Monday afternoon. The new regulations will be implemented as of July 1, 2015.
