The staff sergeant leading the homicide investigation into the death of 22-year-old Jacob Davey at a Wellington Street West residence on Saturday spoke to reporters about the incident at a press conference this afternoon.
24-year-old Cody Quesnel, of 112 Wellington Street West, has been charged with second-degree murder, break and enter, and assault with a weapon.
