Burned building believed to be vacant (video)

Fire Marshal to be notified

Ontario Provincial Police and firefighters remain at the scene of a house fire last night in the Jones Landing area near Harmony Beach.

Highway 17 was closed while fire crews tackled the blaze, but was re-opened late last night.

OPP Const. Miles Loach said the building is believed to have been vacant. No one is known to have been inside, but fire officials are expected to do a search.

OPP say the Office of the Fire Marshal will be notified of the fire.
