In a time of economic uncertainty and continued layoffs in our city, one local man took his future in to his own hands by opening a service-based business. LOCAL2's Jasmyn Rowley caught up with Tyler Parsons at one of his job sites to discuss his decision to start his own business, and his ability to now hire other workers who have recently been laid off as well.
