Crime Stoppers and the East Algoma Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are looking for anyone who may have information that will help solve the case of an armed robbery.

On June 2, 2006 at 12:20 p.m. a suspect armed with a black handgun entered and robbed the Scotia Bank in Spanish, Ontario of an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect made his get-away on a blue sport style all-terrain vehicle, possibly a Yamaha Raptor or Warrior.

The suspect is described as male between 19 - 20 years of age at that time, 6’ – 6’3” tall, slim build, with a tan skin complexion.

At that time he was wearing a grey/silver Fuel Motocross helmet, black and red Motocross gloves, a two toned hoodie with darker sleeves, black pants, brown boots, dark sunglasses, and a balaclava, carrying a black duffle bag.

Crime Stoppers will offer a double reward for any information leading to the arrest of this person.
