VIDEO: New Sault taco shop has great taste all wrapped up

Estela Duran never gets tired of watching customers savour her food for the first time.

"It's not work for me," she says. "I love it."

Duran and her son Pablo operate the newly opened Soo Taco Tequila, a pop-up restaurant in the west end that serves authentic Mexican cuisine every second weekend until mid-October — including this weekend.

Part family business, part passion project, Soo Taco Tequila sets up shop outside 480 Albert St. W., right beside the Marconi Multicultural Event Centre.

Open from 4 to 9 p.m., the remaining weekends are: Aug. 2 to 4, Aug. 16 to 18, Aug. 30 to Sept. 1, Sept. 13 to 15, Sept. 27 to 29 and Oct. 11 to 13.
