It's been a year since Chris Lepore closed the doors at his own restaurant, but that hasn't slowed him down.
The change of pace after moving over to Quattro Hotel and the PizzaTecca kitchen has reignited his love of creating, he told SooToday.
"I have more drive to do cooking without having to manage a whole restaurant," said Lepore, who was the driving force behind the former Solo Trattoria.
Being part of a team lightens the load for Chris, offering him more time to create new dishes.
