Shadows of the Mind Film Festival has a lot to celebrate this year. Not only are they celebrating a milestone anniversary, but are screening a locally shot film, and presenting a number of sought-after features to the community. Local2's Jasmyn Rowley met up with the festival's co-director Bill MacPherson at the event's box office in the Station Mall.
