Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are looking for those responsible for the damage to an historical landmark, a two hundred year old Church on Goulais Mission Road.

Sometime during the evening of October 30, 2015 vandals kicked in the doors to the Church.

A large plaster statue of the Mother Mary had been removed from the inside of the Church and placed in the middle of the roadway. 

Also located outside the Church was another smashed statue of Jesus and a table linen from within the Church. 

Several broken bottles of alcohol and empty egg cartons were located on the front steps of the Church.

Help police solve this crime and receive a cash reward of up to $ 2,000.
