On April 11, 2019 Sault Ste. Marie’s Century 21 Choice Realty revealed its new, contemporary branding. This franchise-wide move is recognized locally as the Brock St. brokerage celebrates its evolution from a small, four-agent shop to one of the largest and most trusted real estate firms in Sault Ste. Marie and Algoma District.

The revamped nationwide brand is launching with a new visual identity, including a sophisticated new logo. But there is also a major focus on innovative digital, social and print components, all designed to build on the gold standard of client service that Century 21 provides locally.
“Although Century 21 is celebrating its new look, the fabric of our local brokerage is all about providing unmatched service to our clients,” says Caicco. “The new tools developed for the brand relaunch will allow our representatives to continue to offer the best residential and commercial real estate solutions in our region.”
Over the past four years Century 21 Choice Realty has received the prestigious Century 21, Centurion Award which is awarded to the top real estate brokerages in Canada – out of over 400 franchises, less than 20% receive this national honour.
Century 21 Choice Realty was purchased by Caicco in 2011. What started with four agents has grown rapidly over the past eight years, now meeting Algoma District’s real estate needs with over 30 dedicated representatives. Century 21 also has a local sister company, Centum Mortgage Approval Centre that connects homebuyers and homeowners with the most competitive financing and mortgage rates to meet their needs.
The growing brokerage is committed to giving back to the community, participating in and sponsoring events like Relay for Life, United Way fundraising campaigns, and Century 21’s charity of choice, Easter Seals.
