Like all of you, Northside Auto Group continues to navigate these exceptional times. The crisis caused by COVID-19 has taken on unprecedented proportions and in countless cases, significantly impacted many of our lives.
Protecting our employees, valued clients and community members at large is our top concern. To help contain the spread of this virus, Northside Auto Group has initiated proactive measures to face the challenges of safety arising from this evolving situation.
As of now, Northside Toyota, Mazda, and Volkswagen locations are providing enhanced services and have taken the following measures to promote ongoing public safety:

Contactless, no-charge pick-up and delivery service for all customers needing vehicle maintenance or service.

Dealership visits by appointment only (appointments can be made over the phone or online).

No-charge delivery and pick-up service for vehicle test drives.

Enhanced cleaning measures including the sanitization of primary vehicle touchpoints (steering wheel, shift knobs, hatches, tailgates and door handles).

Full dealership sanitization and continuous cleaning.

Temporarily closure of client lounges, coffee and tea areas, and kids’ zones to adhere to physical distancing.
