Traffic advisory: International bridge to close briefly on Saturday morning

The bridge will close to vehicle traffic at 9 a.m. and will reopen at approximately 9:30 a.m.

The Sault Ste. Marie International Bridge will be closed to vehicle traffic during the Great Lakes Harley Owners Group (HOG) motorcycle ride Saturday, Aug. 19. 

The bridge will close to vehicle traffic at 9 a.m. and will reopen at approximately 9:30 a.m. for a round-trip ride from the U.S. to the Canadian side of the bridge and back. 

The ride is part of the Great Lakes HOG rally in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich., from Aug. 17 to 19. More information on the rally can be found on its Facebook page or its event page
