VIDEO: We’re not done yet! On the 14th day of Christmas, we pay it forward to Claudia, a 25-year-old kidney donor

Claudia is a young woman who donated a kidney to her cousin last year, at the young age of 25.

She made a life-changing difference for her cousin, who spent four years on the list waiting for a transplant.

Claudia gave the gift of life, and to say thank you for the difference she so selflessly made, we wanted to surprise her with some gifts this holiday season.
