On the eighth day of Christmas, we surprise a resilient couple with the gift of hope

Witness a touching moment as a deserving duo receives an unforgettable holiday surprise

Kirsty and Colin are known for their adventurous spirit and love of the outdoors, embracing life in Northern Ontario with enthusiasm.

Kirsty, an energetic and witty teammate, became a beloved part of the local hockey community shortly after moving to the city.

Her husband, Colin, was always by her side cheering her on and sharing laughs with the team.

Their lives changed forever when Colin was diagnosed with ALS.

Despite the challenges, the couple remains hopeful, selflessly supporting each other and those around them.

Together, they travel long distances for medical appointments, but their optimism never falters.

To honour their strength and generosity, we worked with local partners to fulfill their holiday wish list, providing much-needed support for their journey.

Watch as this incredible couple experiences a moment of joy and hope this holiday season.
