(Elliot Lake, Ontario) – On October 1, 2012 at approximately 4:23 p.m. the East Algoma OPP received a traffic complaint on highway 108.
Police attended the area indicated and stopped the vehicle. Through investigation the driver was charged.
Charged with the following is Ronald Vincent WESTBY (68) of Elliot Lake.
Impaired Operation
Exceed 80
The accused is scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on November 6, 2012.

YAMAHA GRIZZLY ATV STOLEN
(Elliot Lake, Ontario) – The OPP is currently investigating the theft of an All Terrain Vehicle (ATV).
Sometime between 10:00 p.m. on September 29th, 2012 and 10:00 a.m. September 30th, 2012 unknown person(s) stole a 2011 Yamaha 550 Grizzly ATV, camouflage in color from the backyard of a residence on Warsaw Place in Elliot Lake.
