Twice in Two Weeks

(WAWA, ON) For the second time in less than two weeks the same resident on Churchill Ave in Wawa has reported their home broken into.  Sometime between November 23rd and the 29th the home was entered and an undisclosed amount of money was taken.  Entry was gained through a basement window.  No damage was done to the home.  The first break in was reported to the Superior East OPP Wawa Detachment on November 15th, 2011 and both remain under investigation.  Anyone with any information is asked to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers.

MISCHIEF TO MOTOR-HOME ON ONTARIO AVENUE

(Elliot Lake, Ontario) – The East Algoma OPP is currently investigating a mischief to a motor-home.

November 28, 2011 police received a call to attend a parking lot on Ontario Avenue regarding damage to a parked motor-home.  On scene, the officer observed holes in the left and right rear window on the motor-home. Estimated damage is $1,000.00.

Damage occurred between 5:00 p.m. November 25, 2011 and 8:29 a.m. November 28, 2011.
