MOTOR VEHICLE RECOVERED

(Carpenter Lake, Morin Township, Ontario) On July 17, 2007 at approximately 6:30 pm the East Algoma Thessalon OPP received a call regarding a motor vehicle being located down an embankment on Carpenter Lake Road, approximately 50 kilometers north of Bruce Mines, Ontario.

Police located a 1995 black Ford Ranger that had previously been reported stolen from a car dealership in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario the night of July 15, 2007.

BIKES STOLEN FROM RESIDENCE

(Elliot Lake, Ontario) On July 17, 2007 the East Algoma Elliot Lake OPP received a report of two bicycles being stolen from a residence located on Beaumier Crescent, Elliot Lake, Ontario.

The bicycles are described as:

1)Yellow BMX bicycle with “tornado” written on the frame

2)Metallic Brown Mountain bicycle with a tear in the seat
