OUTSTANDING WARRANT EXECUTED
(WAWA, ON) On Tuesday February 7th, 2012 Superior East OPP officers in Wawa arrested 36-year-old Marc CLOUTIER of Wawa on an outstanding warrant from Sault Ste Marie OPP. The warrant was issued for failing to appear for court, obstruct police and impersonation. The accused was transported to Sault Ste Marie by police.
DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE ….. A SNOWMOBILE
(Elliot Lake, Ontario) – The East Algoma OPP has charged a local man after a traffic stop involving a snowmobile.
February 6, 2012 at approximately 10:47 p.m. while on general patrol, an officer conducted a traffic stop on Esten Drive South in Elliot Lake.
Further investigation revealed the driver had consumed alcohol.
Charged with the following is James HOWELL (43) of Elliot Lake.
- Impaired Operation
- Exceed 80
The accused is scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on March 5th, 2012.
