Male arrested for breaching conditions Yesterday evening at 7:30 p.m. an OPP officer on patrol in Fenwick Township in Goulais River came across a verbal altercation between several males on the side of the roadway.

Yesterday evening at 7:30 p.m. an OPP officer on patrol in Fenwick Township in Goulais River came across a verbal altercation between several males on the side of the roadway.

Investigation revealed that one of the males was on release conditions from a previous domestic related incident not to attend that area.

It is alleged that the male had been driving by his ex-wife’s residence on several occasions and uttering death threats to his ex-wife and another male.

As a result of the investigation, a 56-year-old male was arrested for two counts of breaching his recognizance of release, two counts of uttering death threats and one count of criminal harassment.

The accused his being held for bail court today in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
