MISCHIEF ON DIEPPE AVENUE (Elliot Lake, Ontario) – The East Algoma OPP received a call to attend the Jehovah’s Kingdom Hall on Dieppe Avenue in Elliot Lake regarding a possible mischief.
MISCHIEF ON DIEPPE AVENUE

(Elliot Lake, Ontario) – The East Algoma OPP received a call to attend the Jehovah’s Kingdom Hall on Dieppe Avenue in Elliot Lake regarding a possible mischief.

On scene police learned that sometime overnight on the 6th and 7th of May 2010 unknown person(s) removed approximately 15 to 18 retaining wall bricks from a wall. Approximately 8 to 10 bricks were smashed on the roadway.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS DISCHARGE NET SEVERAL CHARGES FOR LOCAL YOUTHS

(Elliot Lake, Ontario) – On May 4, 2010 police were called to attend 6 Willoughby Rd in Elliot Lake regarding a possible mischief. On scene police learned that unknown subject(s) had discharged three (3) fire extinguishers on all three floors.

Through investigation four male youths have been charged.

Charged with Break Enter and Failure to Comply is a 15-year-old male youth from Elliot Lake.

Also charged is a 15-year-old male youth of Elliot Lake with Break Enter and Mischief Under $5,000.

Police also charged two (2) 15-year-old male youths of Elliot Lake with the following:

Mischief Under $5,000
Failure to Comply (X2)
Break and Enter

All youths are scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on June 1st, 2010.

CHARGES FOR LOCAL MALE

(Elliot Lake, Ontario) – May 10, 2010 at approximately 9:45 p.m. police were called to attend an apartment on Mississauga Avenue to assist the fire department with a report of a fire.

On scene fire personnel advised police of suspicious plants located in the apartment.

Through investigation police charged Pat WOERMKE (41) of Elliot Lake with Production of Marijuana. WOERMKE is scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on July 6, 2010.
