Female charged with possession of stolen property
HODGINS TOWNSHIP – On March 9, 2015 Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged twenty-five year old Laurie Lee EDWARDS of Searchmont, Ontario with one count of possession of stolen property under $5,000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was in possession of property that was allegedly stolen from a business in Searchmont.

Break and enter reported
GOULAIS RIVER– On March 9, 2015 Sault Ste.Marie Ontrario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter to a garage in the 100 block of McGauhn Road.
The break-in occurred during the early morning hours of March 9, 2015. Stolen items included a battery booster,a motorcycle helmet and a microwave.
