***UPDATE*** ARMED ROBBERY (Elliot Lake, Ontario) On Sunday, November 22, 2009 the East Algoma OPP arrested and charged a 16-year-old male in relation to the Armed Robbery at the C & R Variety Convenience Store on Esten Drive in Elliot Lake, Ontario.

***UPDATE*** ARMED ROBBERY

(Elliot Lake, Ontario) On Sunday, November 22, 2009 the East Algoma OPP arrested and charged a 16-year-old male in relation to the Armed Robbery at the C & R Variety Convenience Store on Esten Drive in Elliot Lake, Ontario.

Further to that arrest, two other Individuals have since been arrested and charged for being accomplices to the Robbery: CHARGED FOR:

ROBBERY WITH A WEAPON and
CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT A ROBBERY is

William VINTINNER age 18 years and
Michael BIELAWSKI Jr. age 19 both of Elliot Lake, Ontario.

VINTINNER has been released from custody with a court date in early January 2010 and
BIELAWSKI is in Custody awaiting a Bail Hearing.
