MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION
(Garden River First Nation, ON) - Sault Ste. Marie OPP was dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision yesterday evening at 8:30 pm. on Highway 17B.
A pick up truck travelling westbound left the roadway and entered the north ditch, striking two telephone poles.
The pick up truck received extensive damage and had to be towed.
The driver was not injured. Had he not been wearing his seatbelt, he would not have been so fortunate.
Nineteen year old Mark Alfred ORAZIETTI of Goulais Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario was charged with Careless Driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
