NAME OF ACCUSED RELEASED IN SEXUAL TOUCHING INCIDENT (WAWA, ON.) – On July 9, 2011 Superior East OPP in Wawa had received a report of an incident of inappropriate touching at a local Restaurant. On July 17, 2011.

NAME OF ACCUSED RELEASED IN SEXUAL TOUCHING INCIDENT
(WAWA, ON.) – On July 9, 2011 Superior East OPP in Wawa had received a report of an incident of inappropriate touching at a local Restaurant. On July 17, 2011. as a result of investigation and tips from the public, 36 year old Nathan JANSEN of CHAPLEAU, Ontario was arrested and charged with the following criminal code offences;
(1) Sexual Interference with a person under 16 years of age;
(2) Sexual Assault.

The accused was held for a bail court hearing in Sault Ste. Marie and was released with conditions pending further court appearances in Wawa.
