THEFT FROM VEHICLE RESULTS IN MANY CHARGES
(Elliot Lake, Ont.) April 14th, 2008 at approximately 8:00 p.m. police were advised of a possible theft from a vehicle parked at the Civic Centre. Police obtained a description of the suspect and patrolled the area.
A short time later the suspect was located and arrested.
Charged with the following is a 16-year-old male from Elliot Lake. The name of the accused will not be releases as per the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Theft Under $5,000
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
Possession of Cannabis
Fail to Comply X3
The accused remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing scheduled for April 15th, 2008.
