EARLY EVENING BAR FIGHT

Havilland Shores, Ont.,

Sault Ste Marie OPP were called to a bar on Havilland Shores Drive last night after
a group of men were involved in a fight.

At about 11:00 p.m. last night police were advised that one man was being taken to the hospital with unknown injuries and his vehicle was also damaged by one of the culprits. Police arrived at the bar to find two of the four combatants still at the scene. The men, ranging in age from 30 to 50 had conflicting stories as to who did what and who said what to whom.

An OPP officer went to Sault and Area Hospitals to see the victim of the assault but he never showed up at emergency. So far, in this investigation, no charges have been laid against anyone.
