Echo Bay, Ont.,Sault Ste Marie OPP were called to an Echo Bay side street yesterday morning after two vehicles collided.

At about 8:15 yesterday one vehicle was approaching a stop sign on Margaret Street in Echo Bay. A second vehicle was turning off of Hurley Street onto Margaret Street. The vehicle turning off of Hurley appeared to make the turn too wide and drove into the side of the first vehicle.

No one was injured in the collision but the vehicle on Margaret Street had to be towed from the scene. The collision is still under investigation and no decision on charges has been made as of yet.

Missing Portable Radios

Goulais River, Ont., Sault Ste Marie OPP are investigating the theft of two portable radios from Mountain View School in Goulais River.

Sometime during the evening of Tuesday night and Wednesday morning the two radios and their charging base went missing. There were no signs of any forced entry into the building.
