TOO C-C-COLD FOR C-C-CRIME ???

Sault Ste Marie OPP are reporting a quiet 24 hours of crime fighting throughout our detachment area. Officers responded to driving complaints, martial property disputes and false alarms.

With temperatures and wind chill values sitting at the –20 to –30 degree range, it just makes you wonder if it is just too cold for the bad guys to be plying their dishonest trades in this kind of weather. Either way, we just know that the usual band of thieves and bandits will be making a return performance shortly and we will enjoy the lull in the crime activity…for now.
