LOCAL MALE CHARGED WITH 2 COUNTS OF BREAK AND ENTER
(Elliot Lake, Ont.) The East Algoma OPP Crime Unit has arrested and charged a local male regarding two (2) separate break, enter investigations. The charges are related to an incident at a local business of Hillside Drive South on November 9th, 2008 and at a residence on Spruce Avenue on November 19th, 2008.
Charged with the following is Joshua Damon SPENCE (32) of Elliot Lake.
Break, Enter and Theft X2
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000.00
SPENCE remains in custody awaiting a Bail Hearing in Sault Ste Marie on January 11th, 2008.
Investigation continuing.
