OPP REPORT ONE ROLLOVER
(AWERES TWP., ON) – OPP responded to a single motor vehicle collision yesterday afternoon at approximately 3:30 pm.
A pick up truck travelling northbound on Highway 17 lost control on snow covered slippery roads and rolled over. Four members of a local school volleyball team were travelling to Mountainview School for a volleyball game.
Four males, all 13 years of age, and the driver, a female 36 years of age, were in the vehicle. All occupants were wearing their seatbelts.
One male was transported to Sault Area Hospital with minor injuries. No charges have been laid.
