IMPAIRED AND OVER 80 GETS MALE A VISIT TO SAULT STE MARIE (Blind River, Ont.) Wednesday August 8th, 2007 police received information regarding a possible impaired driver. Officers of the East Algoma OPP located and charged the suspect.

(Blind River, Ont.) Wednesday August 8th, 2007 police received information regarding a possible impaired driver. Officers of the East Algoma OPP located and charged the suspect.

Charged with Impaired Operation, Over 80 and Driving a motor vehicle with an open container of liquor is William FORBES (70) of St. Charles, Missouri, USA.

As a non-canadian resident the accused was held in custody awaiting a bail hearing on August 9th, 2007 in Sault Ste Marie.
