BREAK-IN TO RESIDENCE
Tools stolen
(Hodgins Twp, ON) – On the 01Aug, 2012 OPP were called to investigate a break to a residence on Hwy 532 in Searchmont.
Thieves stole a chop saw and an assortment of other tools, approx value $200.
Investigation is on-going.

Mischief caused to vehicle
(Aweres Twp., ON) - On the 1st of August 2012 at 1155 pm the OPP Communications Center received a call from a residence on Linden Rd. in Aweres Twp. The caller stated that someone had just tried to get into the residence, and vandalized a vehicle in the drive-way.
Police attended and were advised that a lone male in black clothing was observed trying to get into the residence. When observed, the suspect fled the residence and smashed the front windshield of the complaintents vehicle upon departure.
Police searched the area and failed to locate the suspect.
This incident is currently under investigation.
