DRUG WARRANT EXECUTED
Male Arrested and Charged
(Hodgins Twp., ON) - On Tuesday, April 16th, 2013 members of the Sault Ste. Marie OPP Crime Unit, Canine Unit , Detachment members and Forensic Identification Unit executed a warrant under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act on a residence in Searchmont, Ontario.
Twenty-six year old Steven MOUSSEAU of 293 Hult Road in Searchmont, Ontario was arrested and charged under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act with the following; one count of Cultivating Marihuana, one count of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, and four counts of Possession of a substance included in Schedule II.
As a result of the warrant, officers seized substances believed to be marihuana, cocaine, hash oil and LSD with an estimated street value of five thousand dollars.
The accused was release on a Promise to Appear for Provincial Court on June 3rd, 2013 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
