The Sault depatchment of the O.P.P. reports several minor accidents overnight with no serious injuries reported. Other than that it was a quiet 24-hour period.
The local MTO office is asking the public to stay off the Ranger Lake Road as conditions are very poor. The MTO is considering closing Hyw 532 however it is still open now. The MTO is having a difficult time sanding and salting the road due to the rain.
