On Saturday, a female proceeded to wreak havoc at a Blind River Hotel on employees and police who responded to the trespassing call. As police arrived at the Northern Lights Tavern, they recognized 23-year-old Sheila Boyer of Sault Ste.
On Saturday, a female proceeded to wreak havoc at a Blind River Hotel on employees and police who responded to the trespassing call.

As police arrived at the Northern Lights Tavern, they recognized 23-year-old Sheila Boyer of Sault Ste. Marie as being a person barred from entering the tavern. Boyer had assaulted two employees and continued her verbal and physical assault on the officers as they attempted to arrest her.

Boyer is charged with four counts of assault, one count of mischief (for damaging a police cruiser), assault while resisting arrest, and two counts under the Trespass to Property act. She is to appear in court in Blind River on April 3, 2003.
