MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT, ROLLOVER
(Kincaid Twp, ON) - On Sunday, August 12, 2012 at approximately 3:18 pm Police responded to a report of a single motor vehicle accident.
Initial information was that a motor vehicle had left the roadway and was now on it’s roof in the ditch. The 3 occupants of the vehicle suffered minor injuries. Two occupants of the vehicle taken to Sault Area Hospital by ambulance.
The driver of the vehicle, Brandon STACEY 25 yrs of Murray, Ontario was charged with careless driving pursuant to Sec 130 of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
