The Superior East Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) reported via social media today that a commercial vehicle crashed on Highway 17 south of Wawa on Saturday, Dec. 11.
“A commercial motor vehicle lost control in poor road conditions, and went over the cliff at Old Woman Bay,” OPP said.
OPP report that the driver suffered minor injuries.
“Police remind motorists to adjust their driving habits in winter, when weather is unpredictable.”
