Weather-related police calls
Sault Ste Marie OPP answered several weather related calls for service over the past 24 hours. Strong winds in this area yesterday caused several unsecured doors at camps and homes throughout the OPP area to blow open and activate security alarms. Officers responded to these alarms until about midnight when the winds started to subside. There were no reports of any power outages or damage caused by any fallen trees.
